Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are comprised of and driven by our colleagues, helping us to support a diverse workforce and welcoming culture. They encourage cross-functional collaboration, create additional avenues to learn and grow in the workplace and help us increase accountability. It is through these efforts that we contribute to innovation and make business impact. We continuously expand our BRG offerings to create more spaces for individuals to connect based on shared identities and interests.
The Pride+ BRG connects LGBTQ+ colleagues to create a safe, inclusive and supportive network that brings education, visibility and awareness across communities. Pride+ hosts numerous educational sessions on topics like transgender awareness, intersectionality and support for LGBTQ+ youth.
